๐ก๏ธ Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: 7 October 2026
Hubbin' is committed to maintaining the highest standards of child safety and protection.
This document outlines our comprehensive approach to preventing child sexual abuse and
exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
๐ 1. Age Restrictions
Hubbin' is strictly an 18+ platform. We require all users to be at least 18 years
of age to create an account and use our services.
- During registration, users must provide their date of birth
- Registration is blocked if the date of birth shows the user is under 18
- Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are immediately terminated
- We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from persons under 18 years of age
โ ๏ธ 2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation
Hubbin' maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and
exploitation (CSAE).
We are committed to:
- Prohibiting any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children
- Immediately removing any content that violates these standards
- Permanently banning users who engage in such behavior
- Reporting suspected CSAE material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
and appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Fully cooperating with law enforcement investigations
๐๏ธ 3. Content Moderation
Content moderation to maintain a safe environment:
User Reporting
- Users can report inappropriate content, profiles, or behavior directly within the app
- All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours
- Users can also block other users to prevent unwanted contact
Administrative Review
- Our moderation team reviews reported content and user behavior
- Violating content is removed and appropriate actions are taken against the user
- Serious violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities
Report Evidence
- When a user is reported in an activity, a copy of that activity's chat is saved automatically for our moderators
- The copy is kept even if the reported user deletes their messages or their account
- Repeat reports about the same user are reviewed together
๐ 4. User Safety Features
We provide users with tools to protect themselves:
๐ก๏ธ Block Users: Hide messages from specific users in activity chats
๐ข Report Users: Report anyone from an activity chat or attendee list
