Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data from Hubbin'.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
When you delete your Hubbin' account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your data is removed from our database immediately when you delete your account in the app, or as soon as we process your email request.
Our database provider keeps encrypted daily backups for 7 days, so copies of your data disappear from backups within 7 days of deletion.
Exception — safety reports: if you reported someone, or someone reported you, the report (including the usernames involved and a copy of the activity chat) is kept until our moderators have reviewed it. The chat copy is deleted 90 days after review. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You can delete your Hubbin' account in two ways:
